The tuna of Lugo coast is an unique product. Extracted in a traditional way, worked in fresh and packed in high quality olive oil. We leave to macerate our tuna in order to reach their optimum point of flavor, managing to satisfy the most demanding palates.
The hake roe are characterized by their delicate flavor and soft texture. Our artisans select, clean and cook the best pieces. Later they cut the roe into slices and canned by hand, adding an excellent olive oil and a half slice of lemon, which will provide a slight citrus touch.
