The white tuna fillets are extracted from fresh tuna from the north coast of Galicia (Burela). It is the most tender and juicy part of the tuna; and its delicate sheets are canned carefully by our artisans. To make this can more tasty we add olive oil, this will increase its taste and improve as time goes by.
